Orlando Furioso - Habanero Hot Sauce
Fiercely hot, Orlando Furioso is the perfect extra kick of flavour for fish and seafood, grilled meats and poultry.
Made with dry habanero pepper, and roasted carrot.
Shake well before use.
Refrigerate after opening.
Ceviche
Ingredients:
1 tsp Orlando Furioso Hot Sauce
1 lb firm white fish, such as cod or halibut, diced in small cubes
4 green onions sliced
½ carrot, peeled and grated
½ bunch cilantro, washed, rinsed, dried, and finely chopped
½ English cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 clove of garlic, finely diced
The juice of 4 freshly squeezed limes
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make:

Combine the fish, lime juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a shallow container, cover with a lid and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Right before serving, ad the rest of the ingredients.
