Nine 1/2 - Chipotle/Morita Hot Sauce

Bold and sexy, Nine 1/2 hot sauce has a creamy texture and a smokey finish that will give a new dimensión of flavour to your favourite dishes.

Made with a blend of roasted morita and chipotle pepper, fried garlic, and sunflower seed oil.

Shake well before use.

Refrigerate after opening.

Chipotle queso dip 

Ingredients: 

2 Tbsp of Nine ½ Hot Sauce 

1 cup Mexican crema; if not available substitute with 18% sour cream 

½ cup Monterey Jack grated cheese 

½ cup cream cheese 

½ tsp garlic powder 

½ tsp smoked paprika 

1/8 tsp ground cumin 

Salt and pepper to taste 

How to Make: 

• Heat up the sour cream and cream cheese in a sauce pan over medium heat,  stirring constantly.  

  Add the grated cheese and spices 

• Remove from heat and serve immediately with corn chips
